About us

The Control of Complex Systems Group (CCSG),  belongs to the Institute for Automatica and Industrial Informatics (ai2) at the Technical University of Valencia (Spain). The CCS group focuses its research on the modeling and control of dynamical systems showing uncertainty, non-linearities, several behaviour modes, etc., i.e. those systems appearing under the common denomination of complex systems. In this context, we work with a multidisplinary approach in mind, which includes as tools and work methodologies: intervalar analysis for modeling and robust control of systems with structured uncertainty, robust control using the LMI and BMI techniques, and sliding mode techniques for nonlinear systems.

Biomedical, biological, and multivariable processes are the main application domains of our research.
